Mediation Rates

As of January 1, 2024

Two (2) party mediation $195.00 per party, per hour
Three (3) party mediation $170.00 per party, per hour
Four (4) or more $150.00 per party, per hour

There is a two (2) hour minimum charge for all mediations.  All mediation fees shall be divided equally between each side unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties. Mediation fees include any time spent participating in pre-mediation and post-mediation matters, and reading and reviewing pre-mediation submissions.

Mediation Administrative Fees

An administrative fee in the amount of $55.00 shall be billed to each participating party.

Mediation Cancellation Policy

There will be a two (2) hour minimum charge divided by all parties if the mediation is cancelled less than 48 hours (business days) prior to the scheduled conference.
