Mediation and Arbitration
Having worked on all sides of a wide range of civil litigation matters, K.C. has developed the skill to view and evaluate matters from different perspectives. He also understands the considerable toll litigation can take, both financially and emotionally.
K.C. brings his well-rounded perspective into his role as a Circuit Court mediator. The great majority of civil cases are required to go to mediation, which is a good thing for everyone. Mediation is less costly, less adversarial, and quicker than a court battle. It puts the resolution of your case in your hands. K.C. has mediated hundreds of cases and is experienced in helping to resolve the seemingly unresolvable.
K.C. is also qualified as an arbitrator. Arbitration is becoming more and more common as many agreements these days require it in lieu of litigation. Also, many Florida courts are ordering the litigants to participate in non-binding arbitration before going to trial. Arbitration is similar to going to court, but faster, less expensive, and less complex than litigation. With his well-rounded experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in a broad range of civil disputes, K.C. can evaluate the most complex issues and render a fair and impartial decision in arbitration.
