K.C. Bouchillon, P.A.

K.C. has more than 30 years of experience as a trial attorney.

K.C. began practicing law in 1991 in Mississippi, after graduating magna cum laude from the University of Mississippi School of Law.

He and his family moved to Central Florida in 1994. Over the years, K.C. has devoted his practice to litigation in virtually every area of civil law. He has represented plaintiffs, defendants, and insurers in business, commercial, construction, homeowners insurance, personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, and transportation and trucking claims.

He is double Board Certified by The Florida Bar as an expert in civil law and business litigation. Fewer than 100 of Florida’s approximately 100,000 attorneys hold this double board certification. Board certification recognizes attorneys’ special knowledge, skills and proficiency in various areas of law and professionalism and ethics in practice. He is also certified as a Circuit Court mediator by the Florida Supreme Court, approved federal court mediator in the Middle District of Florida, and a Qualified Arbitrator.
